No-bake Energizing Balls
My go-to snack is my homemade soaked nuts. I always have them on hand because they’re a high protein and convenient snack. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with sprinkles of cinnamon… its amazing! Although, not many people get excited, like I do, about this lovely snack.
This got me thinking about developing a recipe that would appeal towards more people, with maintaining the healthy concept.
It had to contain my beloved walnuts & almonds.
It had to be sweet while healthy.
